Needs my location?

This app requested to use my location all the time. Why does an app that only sends me hourly notifications need my location all the time, or ever even. I respect my privacy too much to allow that.

The notification stated they dont record it in any way, but that doesnt mean they dont receive the information. And for a hourly reminder app it is not necessary at all. I deleted it.
